This refers to the telephone conversation on January 11, 1980 between you and Mr. A. B. Davis, of my staff, regarding our concerns over certain practices of your corporation. Specifically, we are concerned about your performing radiography in a garage adjacent to your office at the address listed above. This is contrary to safe practices and may have led to undue exposures to the personnel in the neighboring industry.
As a result of our telephone conversation, we understand that you will:
Stop performing radiography at the garage adjacent to your office at a.
