The inspection was an examination of the actmties conducted under your license as they relate to radaation sarvty and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions or your license. The inspectaon consisted of selective examinations of procedures and repre-sentative records. anterviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The rindings as a resu't or this insprotion are as follows:
