The facility is doun and has 13 been down since October for reasons stemminc initially from g

17 In the !!otaco of !! earing we advised the parties 18 and the pt ~olic that we considered that the public ( 'terest 19 required the e=peditious consideration and resolution of those 20 issues which were either expressed or implic?.t in our order 21 f November 30, 1979, the triggering order.
We indicated 22 that they had be en addressed by the parties in subsequent b

11 And that is why we have indicctsd that we regcrd l
l 12 interim operation as being time limited and that the terminal 13 period is fast approaching.
14 Now, in order to accomplich an end of interim, it i
15 is the decision of this Board that will be expanded upon by 16 Dr. McCollom, that interir operation may be resumed, but in 17 order to insurc that we are not going to have interim regarded 18 or handled otherwise than as temporary, we have decidei first gg of all we are going to ret a firm date for the co:.mencement 20 of the evidentiary hearing on Phasa Two, where we go into the 21 ocope and timeliness and -- of modification required, and y
that timeliness has meaning, for April 1, 1980.
g We intend to start April 1, 1980.
How in order to do that, the parties are going to have to speed up very y
g substantialjy and very materially their preparation for trial.
