RADIATION PROTECTION PLAN - TMI UNIT I I have attached for your review and comment a copy of the TMI-l Radiation Protection Plan. Formal review of this document is being performed by T. Murphy, Chief, RAB, as part of the TMI-l Restart Program.
If possible, I would like to receive your comments along with those on the plan for TMI-2, which are now scheduled to be submitted on December 21, 1979.
