The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, i
maintenance, repair, and use. All other shipoing activi ties (i.e.,
j design, fabrication, assembly, testina, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifications from package suppliers that j
these activities were conducted in ar.rordance with an NRC-aoproved QA program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities mee.t the requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
