Dear Mr. Crews:
This letter is in response to an inspection conducted by Mr. H. L. Canter of your office on October 18, 1979, at Rancho Seco !!uclear Generating Station Unit No. 1.
Based on the results of that inspection, it appears that one of the District's activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requiremen ts. The District received a ilotice of Violation and a response to that ilotice is enclosed herewith as Appendix A.
It is requested that Appendix A be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Section 9.5 (a) (4) of 10 CFR Part 9 and Section 2.790 (d) of 10 CFR Part 2.
