SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - TENSILE ANCHOR CAPACITIES LOWER THAN DESIGN ALLOWABLES - NCR CEB 79 FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to h7C-01E Inspector T. E. Burdette on February 12, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

Interim reports were submitted on March 14, 1979, and May 14, 1979.
