AND Wl(EREAS, The Borough Ccuncil is deeply concerned about the cperations at the Three Mile Nuclear facility as it pertains to the continuation of a safe residential envirereent.

BE IT FURTilER PICCLVED that the Borouch of Elizabethtown requests adequate notification prior to any action taken by the Nuclear Regulator /
Commission regarding the disposal cf said waste into the sus ;uehanna River.
