Dear Ms. Kosik:
I have a copy of your letter of April 26, 1979, addressed to the Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB).
You ask the ASLB to issue an order clarifying its order of April 9,1979, admitting the two contentions recently filed by Miami Valley Power Project and the contention filed by Messrs. Rigberg and Mcdonald.
You also request that the ASLB provide you with Staff documents.
It would be appropriate for you to request ASLB action through formal filings in the administrative proceeding.
It would also be appropriate for you to request Staff documents from Staff counsel.
