-o In response to your request we have changed the text of our Quality Assurance Program to read Radiation Protection Officer in place of Radiation Safety Officer. This was an oversight on our part.
All responsibilities stated are assigned to the Radiation Protection Officer.
Enclosed are seven (7) copies of our Q.A. Program with the necessary changes.
