ORDER (May 16,1979)
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PGandE) shall submit to the NRC Staff within 30 days all information and material which it volunteered to produce in its " Response to NRC Staff's Motion to Compel Disco ~very."
Further, PGandE shall submit such additional information within the same time period of 30 days, as to which it and the NRC Staff agreed during informal discussions relating to Staff interrogatories.
Within 14 days after receipt of this additional information Staff shall determine whether its interrogatories have been answered in full.
If not, Staff.
may move for an additional Motion to Compel Discovery pursuant to 10 CFR 62.740(f).
Staff and PGandE may stipulate as to any appropriate extensions of time, to which Board approval shall be considered granted, in order to informally accomplish complete responses to Staff's First Set of Supplemental Interrogatories.
