Dear Mr. MacDonald,

This is in response to your letter of April 11 and pur-suant to discussion with members of your staff.

We continue to consider that our Q/A Program in general complies with the spirit and intent of your requirements for Quality Assurance related to uranium hexafluoride cylinders.

However, we are prepared to, and intend to, rewrite the docu-ment to meet your requirements.

We will be meeting with Mr. Odegarten at 9:00 am., Wed-nesday, May 2 so that he may further identify differences between your requirements and our document.

We will then have the revised document in*your hands by July 2, 1979.

We appreciate the help and guidance ve have been given by your people.

Very truly yours, e
