SEQU0YAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - CONTROL LOOP BISTABLES FAIL TO UNDESIRABLE POSITION ON LOSS OF POWER - NCR MES 79-10 REVISED FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector Mike Gouge on February 14, 1979. An interim report was submitted on March 14, 1979, and a final report was sent May 10, 1979.

We have determined that the May 10, 1979, report which stated in the corrective action section that the wiring to the bistables had been corrected is in error. The enclosed report contains a revised cor-rective action section specifying that the wiring diagrams for the bistables have been corrected, and the physical wiring correctiona for each unit will be completed before its respective fuel load date.
