Dear Professor Lundstedt:
Thank you for your recent letter. I will be delighted to attend the seminar at the Army / Navy Club on April 27 and look forward to what I am sure will be an interesting session. At this time, however, I must make my acceptance tentative because of recent events here at the Commission and the additional fact that I may be leaving the first week of May for a short official visit abroad.
