Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) has not purchased and does not plan to use any ASME SA-312, Type 304 or other welded (without filler metal) pipe manufactured by Youngstown Welding and Engineering Company in safety-related systems for its Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear 1 Our NSSS vender, General Electric (GE), has not yet responded to our inquiry as to whether or not they plan to use any such material in the Bailly systems which they are fabricating. If we are informed that GE plans for the Bailly facility call for the use of such materials, NIPSCO will notify you immediately.
