ORDER May 4, 1979 At the May 22, 1979 oral argument of the appeal of the Southern California Edison Company from the Licensing Board's January 25, 1979 order in this antitrust proceeding, we will expect the parties to be particularly well-prepared to address the following questions raised by that appeal:

1.

The authority of the Licensing Board to issue a subpoena duces tecum to the Southern California Edison Company at this stage of this proceeding.

2.

Whether, in the circumstances of this case and assuming the validity of the subpoena duces tecum, the Licen-sing Board should have required the California Department of Water Resources to bear the costs incurred by the Southern 79060600lo g

2-California Edison Company in complying with the subpoena.
