Doherty, Intervenor in the above styled proceedings files the above request per 10 CFR 2.744, and 10 CFR 2.790. This intervenor is not able to visit NRC public document room, but recognizing inconvenience and costs will view such documents when the NRC is in Houston for the Pre-Hearing Conference, now indefinitely sched-uled.
In any case, this intervenor assumes no liability in cost for any copying done by the NRC in his behalf.
