Dear Members of the Board,
I have not received as of this date any copies of the Board Orders of thrch 26, April 12, or April 16th.
Yesterday, I dis-covered that I had been given thirty days from the April 12th Order to perfect contentions.
That would mean that time necessary C to complete such a task had been subtracted in the amount of five days from the 30 day limit.
It appears that I was not placed back on the Board's Service List when I was granted party status on March 14.
Therefore, I will not begin to count the thirty days until such time as I receive these notices.
Realizing the Board and Applicant have emphasized time is of the esscence, I submit that all of these notices could not have been expected except the March 26th one.
In any case, there was no duty on my part to contact the Board and ask if there were any orders. I did however, contact Mr. Schinki of the staff, today about this, as he can veri-fy.
Since this appears to be a clerical error, I request the Chairperson, Mr. Wolfe to place me-on the Board's service list, at my address, 4438 Leeland, Houston, Texas, 77023, and that he make certain others effected by the Board's recent orders are also on that list.
