Tnis is to corect my correspondence of April 20, 1979.
" applicants' Objections to Certo_in of Intervenor Miami Valley Poxer Project's Second Set of Interrogatories and tbtion for a Protective Order" uns timely received by m7P.
'572 recently received a set of intermatories fran the N?.C s aff relating to the three acst recently adnitted con-tentions. Tne contention now nunbered 14 was incorrectly stated.
In.'67P's " Support for Adnission of Additional Con-tentions", dated April 2, 1979, that contention uns set out in its clarified fon:: on page 9.
Since no written order adnitting those contentions,14,15, an316, was ever received (notice of adnission was by telephone), 27P is assuming that contention 14 was adnitted in its clarified fonn. Please advise if this is not so.
L2stly, it appears that fex inspection reports for the Zi Tner Station datedbefore Decenber 31, 1978 are available at the Clencont County library in Batavia, Ohio. mPP is in need of these reports and would appreciate their being made asailable as soon as possible.
