DOCKETS 50-266 and 50-301 REPLY TO IE INSPECTION REPORTS 50-266/79-02 and 50-301/79-01 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT This letter is in response to your letter of March 2, 1979 regarding the inspection conducted by Messrs. J.
R.
Creed and J. C.
Howell on February 5-9, 1979.
There were two items identified as not being in compliance with the Point Beach Nuclear Plant approved security plan dated February 25, 1977.
Prior to the conclusion of the inspection, action was taken to correct one of the two identified items of non-compliance.
That item will, therefore, not be addressed in this letter.
The remaining item of non-compliance is discussed in the enclosure to this letter.
The subject matter of this letter's enclosure is considered exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
We request that this letter's enclosure be treated as confidential and not be placed in any public document room, and that any reply you make be similarly withheld if it deals with the details of our plant security plan.
