St. Lucie Unit No.1, Docket No. 50-335 Turkey Point 3 & 4, Docket Nos. 50-250 & 50-251 10 CFR Part 71, Packaging of Radioactive Material for Transport and Transportation of Radioactive Material Under Certi in Conditions This refers to your letter dated March 19, 1978, requesting us to refer-ence the specific Florida Power & Light Company Quality S~.surance (QA) program document we intend to use to meet the requiremerd. of 10 CFR 71.51.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 71.51(d), we have applied the applicable portions of our QA program to transport packages covered under 10 C:

The Opera-tional QA progrart for Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 is as dm rlhed in the most current, effective revision to FPL Topical QA Report FPL -iQAR-1-76-A, as modified by our letter (L-76-331), dated September 19, 1976.
Currently Revision 2 to the Topical QA Report is in effect. For St. Lucie Unit No. 1 the Operational QA Program is as described in the plLat Final Safety Analysis Report, Section 17.2.
