UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION In the Matter of EXELON GENERATION COMPANY, LLC Docket Nos. 50-277-SLR 50-278-SLR (Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3)

ORDER Beyond Nuclear, Inc. requests a ten-day extension of the time for filing a reply to the anticipated answers of the NRC Staff and Exelon to its motion for leave to file a new contention. 1 The NRC Staff also requests a three-day extension of time to file an answer to Beyond Nuclears motion for leave to file a new contention to coincide with the response time for answers to Beyond Nuclears motion to reopen. 2 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), I grant Beyond Nuclears and the NRC Staffs motions and grant Exelon the same extended filing deadline as the NRC Staff.

Therefore, the NRC Staff and Exelon must file answers to the motion for leave to file a new contention and motion to reopen by October 3, 2019, and Beyond Nuclear must file any reply to those answers to the motion for leave to file a new contention by October 21, 2019.

1 See Beyond Nuclear, Inc.s Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Reply to Exelons and NRC Staffs Responses to Beyond Nuclears Motion for Leave to File New Contention (Sept. 23, 2019); Beyond Nuclear Motion for Leave to File New Contention Based on Draft Supplement 10 to Generic Environmental Impact Statement for Subsequent License Renewal of Peach Bottom Operating License (Sept. 3, 2019, as corrected Sept. 5, 2019).

2 See NRC Staff Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File NRC Staff Answer to Beyond Nuclear Motion for Leave to File New Contention and Beyond Nuclear Motion to Reopen (Sept.

24, 2019); Beyond Nuclear, Inc.s Motion to Reopen the Record for Purposes of Considering and Admitting a New Contention Based on Draft Supplement 10 to Generic Environmental Impact Statement for Subsequent License Renewal of Peach Bottom Operating License and Request for Consideration of Some Elements of the Motion out of Time (Sept. 23, 2019). The NRC Staff states that Exelon consents to the motion provided that it is granted the same extended filing deadline.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
