Dear Mr. Denton:
Five (5) copies of the Saf eguards Contingency Plan for Braidwood Station are enclosed. The plan is submitted pursuant to Appendix C,10 CFR 73.
10 CFR 73.40(b) includes a statement that the Safeguards Contingency It is our Plan shall become effective 30 days af ter approval by the Commission.
