In accordance with Paragraph 5.4.1.b of the Cooper Nuclear Station Env-ironnental Technical Specifications, t;te Nebraska Public P3eer District is required to subnit the Cooper Nuclear Station Operating Report -
Radicactive Effluents on a semi-annual basis.
Due to unforeseen delays in data handling and transmittal, the report for the period July 1, 1973 through December 31, 1973 wili de delayed.
It is anticipated that this report will be submitted by March 23, 1979.
