Thank you for your letter of January 16, 1979 in response to our letter of December 18, 1978 and discussion with your ftr. Jim Rusk during a telephone call on January 30, 1979.
We understand that in addition to the corrective and preventive action described in your letter, relative to flotice of Deviation, Item B.5, documentation of satisfactory closure to CAR (Corrective Action Request) 402-1 associ-ated with Audit Report 402 will be added on the CAPS itself by flarch 30, 1979.
We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective action during a future inspection.
