Gentlemen:
As discussed with your Mr. L. Engic in a meeting on January 30, 1979, the following supplemental information to our January 9, 1979, Technical Specification Change Request is provided.
The setpoint for Steam Generator Water Level Low is 45% indication.
To that value the appropriate errors were added (4.4*6) fo_ the old Fischer S Porter transmitter to arrive at the existing Technical Specification setpoint of 49.4%.
The corresponding errors associated with the Rosemount transmitter equal 1.5"6 which added to 45", yields the proposed Technical Specification setpoint of 46.5"..
