SUMMARY
OF DECEMBER 5, 1978 MEETING ON QUALITY ASSURANCE A meeting was held with representatives of Texas Utilities Generating Company (TUGCO) and Texas Utilities Service, Inc.
(TUSI) on December 5, 1978 in Bethesda, Maryland.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the requests for additional information regarding the Comanche Peak quality assurap'2 program during operations (enclosure to NRC letter dateu Ncvember 2, 1978).
The attendees are listed on Enclosure 1.
The meeting notice is included as Enclosure 2.
The requests for additional information -421.1 to 421.42-in the enclosure of the referenced letter served as the Agenda for the meeting.
TUGCO/TUSI described the aspects of the Comanche Peak QA program and plans relating to the information requested by the staff.
Additional clarification was provided in response to staff questions regarding specific responsibilities of TUCCO and TUSI for quality assurance during operations and of the extent of the on-site quality assurance program and reporting procedures.
TUGC0 requested clarification regarding the detail of information to be prcvided in the FSAR in response to the informatien requests.
We responded that the FSAR should describe the quality assurance plan for Comanche Peak 79020803an
