Dear Mr. Oplinger:
The subject license has been issued to General Electric authorizing export of a nuclear power plant to Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE) in Mexico.
The off gas system for this plant will be supplied by another U. S.
manufacturer.
In view of the technicalities which temporarily prevent issuance of XCOM licenses to other suppliers to Laguna Verde, General Electric requests this license be amended to include, as another party to export, the following:
