Dear Mr. Reid:
In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(p) the Sacramento Municipal Utility District is hereby submitting an amendment to the Rancho Seco Unit No. 1 Security Plan which was submitted August 1, 1972 and amended November 26, 1976.
Tilis change to General Order 107-2 has been reviewed by the Unit No. 1 Plant Review Committee ard the District's Management Safety Review Committee.
This change to General Order 107-2 has been judged to be a change to the Security Plan but not a decrease in security.
It is requested that as a minimum, this amendment to the Security Plan be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Section 9.5(a)(4) of 10 CFR Part 9 and Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2.
