In the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's (Board) Order dated. January 2, 1979 (Order, at p. 27), the Board requested that CEE, the Applicants and the NRC Staff meet to " refine" CEE's contentions. Pursuant to that request the NRC Staff has determined a date, January 25, 1979, which is argeeable to both the Sta.ff and the Applicant. However, the Staff has not been able to j
reach you by telephone to ascertain whether this date is acceptable to you i
since it appears that you do not have a listed phone number. Since the Board j
requested that we report our progress with regard to the contentions by 1
