Houston Lighting & Power Company, et al., Docket Nos. 50-498A and 50-499A Gentlemen:
On December 5, 1978, the City of. San Antonio, acting by and through the City Public Service Board of San Antonio (San Antonio), received the First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Documents from Department of Justice to the Cities of Austin and San Antonio.
Counsel for the Department has agreed that the documents requested may be produced at the same time as and along with the responses to the interro-gatories, which San Antonio anticipates will be completed in early January, 1979.
Otherwise, San Antonio has neither initiated nor received any discovery requests during December, 1978.
