Dear Mr. Lewis:
The Commission has received your letter of December 19, 1978 noting that you and Dr. Johnsrud will share your allotted twenty minutes at the oral presentations scheduled for January 19, 1979.
With regard to your question about rebuttal statements, allowance for rebuttal will be at the Commission's discretion, but I would expect that parties will be allowed to reserve two to three minutes of their presentation time for statements at the close of the proceeding.
