20555 Attention:

Mr. Harold R. Denton Director Dear Mr. Denton; I am bitterly against the freeze imposed on the licensing of Nuclear Power Plants by the NRC on November 5, 1979.

It is not reasonable to assume that the accident at Three Mile Island makes all nuclear power plants unsafe.

There is supporting information that shows it is much more economical to generate power by nuclear fuel than other fuels. With the decreasing supply of oil, it is essential that it be conserved and nuclear energy be used to generate electricity.

Hopefully, within the near future, the Commission will lift the freeze on licensing nuclear power plants.

Very truly yours, KRANCO, INC.
