C0tEENTS Off ACTI0tl PLANS FOR IMPLEMENTING REC 0tEEliDATIONS OF THE PRESIDENT'S COMMISSION AND OTHER STUDIES OF THE TMI-2 ACCIDENT We have reviewed the plans as found in draft NUREG-0660 that were submitted by ETSB. Our coments for your review and transmittal to the Steering Comittee are on the nargins of the enclosed action plans.
Our most significant comment concerns the inclusion of a plan for Accident Mitigation and Cleanup Design Features for Raduaste System. This prgosed plan was not included in the draft NUREG 6 0.
We believe this item is directly related to TMI and is responsive to Kemeny Comission Recommendation A.7.
We believe it should be inserted as part of action plan III.E.1 (see enclosure).
Many of our coments were a result of discussions with L. H. Barrett and he has submitted some similar or identical coments to R. P. Denise. A few difference between these two sets of coments remain.
