Dilinan, Quezon City Philippines SUBJECT : Field keport No. 1 Project PHI /9F/06-B Rev.

o c:

Attached _ is my initial Field Report. Any suggestions or ccmments would be appreciated.

The attached report contains no information which has not been' discussed with PAEC. The typing and duplication are 'done by any available PAEC-DNRS clerical personnel.

It is therefore f*1 convenient to maintain such reports confidential in =y working envirorment as required by Annex I to the Guide for Technical Cooperation Experts.

Rather than maintaining such reports confidential, it is suggested that my confidential matters be handled by direct correspondence and that Field Reports have a li=ited distribution within PAEC.

Since PAEC does not require periodic reports from IAEA E. perts, this would also serve that purpose. Please dvise ne if this meets with your approval.
