SUBJECT:
NON-RADI0 ACTIVE M3ISTURE LEAK FROM ONE EXPORT CYLINDER OF LOW ENRICHED UF6 Ine Captain of the Port of Savannah, Georgia, has refused to permit the loading of a licensed export shipment of low enriched UF-6 on board a ship destined for Japan.The Captain of the port is concerned about water dripping from the conden-sation " weep hole"of the outer container of one of three cylinders.
