Dear Mr. MacDonald:
We respectfully request administrative changes to certificates of compliance numbers U.S.A./9117A dated June 29, 1978 and U.S.A./9113/A dated May 19, 1978.
The requested changes involve the replacement of threaded studs with bolts and a number of drawing changes none of which affect the safety of the packages.
Following is a detail description of these changes.
C U.S.A./911/A - Dwg. No. BC-20-200D, Rev. / (CriSI-1-337-103)
Sheet No. 1 1
Zone B-1, Revised size of gasket from 1/2" X 2" to 1/2" X 1 7/8" to correct an interference problem. Added the primary gasket note.
2 Zone C-4, Added the location and related dimensions of the primary lid and secondary lid interior and exterior gaskets.
3 Zone C-7, Replaced studs on primary lid with 1 1/4-7 Unc S.A.E.
Grade 5 X 61/4" 19. bolts (8 places).
4 Zone C-7, Replaces studs on secondary lid with 1-8 Unc S.A.E.,
Grade 5 X 2 1/4" 1. bolts (8 places).

Some of our customers have questioned condition 5(b)(1). Would you please add the words, " Greater than Type A quantities of byproduct material contained in --- " to Conditions 5(b)(1) and 5(b)(ii).
