As we dis-cussed, your revised application did not address all our comments on your original application which were transmitted by letter dated December 17, 1978. The outstanding coments on your application are attached as an enclosure to the letter.

In order to meet our schedule for completion of the review of your amendment application, your response to the requested additional infor-mation should be received within 30 days after the date of this letter.
