The need for a better systen to incorporate the lessons learned from operating experience and the licensing review process was emphasized.
2.
Additional studies of various postulated scenarios following a violation of the single failure criterion may be advisable.

It was suggested the Comittee confirn in writino its oral recomendations of /,pril 17, 1979.

Various topics arising from the T! I accident should se handled by an appro-priate generic st.bcommittee.

Procedures for handling OL and CP revicas must be established.

In the next few nonths, l'r. l'ichelson will attempt to compose his own chronology of the events at T!!I.

It was noted that a re-evaluatlicr. cf tre single failurc criterion ray deserve attention.

Drs. Kerr, Okrent and Siess will try and prepare general guidance for the Tlil-2 Accident Irrplications Subcon.mittee and for the full Committee. Other members were ac'ed to prepare individual dispositions on schedule items.

The possibility of a zero power ciritical license for Sequoyah was raised.
