This is the April, 1979, discovery progress report for the City of San Antonio, acting by and through the City Public Service Board of San Antonio (San Antonio).
On April 20, 1979, San Antonio sent to the Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas, copies of the documents which counsel for Brownsville had selected from those made available by San Antonio pursuant to Brownsville's First Request for Production of Documents by San Antonio.
San Antonio has otherwise neither initiated nor received any discovery requests during April, 1979.
