'O (Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 REPORT OF TUGCO, et al.,
- MAY, 1979 Pursuant to the direction of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board during the Special Prehearing Conference on June 21, 1978 (Tr. 124-125) in South Texas, and during the conferences in Comanche Peak and South Texas on December 5, 1978 (Tr. 79-90), TUGCO submits this report on discovery during the month of May, 1979.
During the month, TUGCO provided supplementary responses to the interrogatories and requests for production of documents directed to it by the NRC Staff.
There was pending during the month CP&L's motion to compel further responses by TUGCO and TUGCO's response thereto; however, as reported by counsel for CSW/CP&L during the June 1 conference of counsel (Tr. 433-34), these matters have been resolved by agreement.
Also during the month, most arrangements for inspection of documents by representatives of the Public Utilities Board of the 2142 337 79062905g :
City of Brownsville were completed, although details of a related protective agreement were still being worked out.
Finally, during May, TUGCO received the NRC Staff's responses to the initial set of interrogatories and requests for production of documents directed to it by TUGCO.
