To inform the Ccmmission of the receipt of a license application.
Discussion:
Enclosed for the.information of the Commission are cop.es of an application for a license for which Commission action will ultimately be necessary. Copies of the application have been placed in the Public Occument Room.
It is noted that this is a routine reload for Fukushima I, Unit 3, reactor which ordinarily could be approved at the staff level pursuant to 10 CFR 110.40(b)(2); however, this request will be forwarded for Commission review as requested by Commissioner Bradford on December 8, 1978.
Ccmmissioners are requested to advise the staff of any particular issues or information which they can identify at this stage which they wish included in the staff analysis.
