Attached you will find a copy of any order issued by the Atomic Safety & Licensing Board convened in the Matter of Public Service Electric & Gas Company (Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1),
in which a spent fuel reracking similar to that being proposed for 2ien is the subject under consideration.
As the Order shows, the Salem Scard added three gusttions which involved analysis of the pro-posed modification in light of the recent events at Three Mile Island.
Should this Board find it appropriate to consider similar questions Intervencr would be prepared to submit testimony.
