Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (" PSI")
and Wabash Valley Power Association ("WVPA") hereby submit Amendment Number 22 to their Application for Licenses to construct and operate the Marble Hill Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2.
Pursuant to 10 CFR SS50.30(b) and 50.30(c)(3), enclosed please find tnree (3) signed originals and ten (10) copies of the General Information portion of the Application for Licenses; fifteen (15) copies of that portion of the Application for Licenses designated the Final Safety Analysis Report ("FSAR"); and twenty (20) copies of the Environmental Report-Operating License Stage ("ER-OLS").
The ER-OLS has been submitted pursuant to 10 CFR S51.21.

PSI and WVPA will submit the information specified in Regulatory Guide 9.3 if requested by the Commission to do so. It is requested that the enclosed three (3) copies of the Safeguards Volume of the FSAR, which consist of the Marble Hill Security Plan, the Marble Hill Contingency Plan and the Marble Hill Training and Qualification Plan, be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR S2.790(d).
