ZIMMER NUCLEAR POWER STATION - UNIT 1 NRC IE BULLETIN NO. 79-03 Gentlemen:
In response to IE Bulletin No. 79-03 we have done some preliminary investigation as to whether ASME SA-312, type 304 or other welded pipe as manufactured by Youngstown Welding and Engineering Company has been furnished to the Zimmer Project.
At the present time, it appears that we do not have the subject pipe installed in the Zimmer Plant.
However, further investigation has been requested of our NSSS Contractor (General Electric) and fabricated piping Contractor (Pullman Power Products).
A confirming response will be provided within 30 days of the date of this letter.
