Dear Mr. Kenna:
The following statements are in response to 10CFR2.201:
During Mr. Todd's visit to this facility, our Reactor (1)
Health Physicist called the Nuclear Materials Control Branch, DOE, Oak Ridge, Tenn., concerning the produc-tion and burn-up data omitted from past Foms-742.
This Branch suggested that on the next submittal (now currently due) these data be included as a lump sus entry for the period from Sept., 1972, thru 31 March Our current Fom-742 sha21 be prepared thusly.
1979 In the future, these data shall be entered on our in-(2) ternal SNM inventory record and our Slim ledger by our Reactor Health Physicist prior to preparation of the Fom-742.
A copy of the Fom-742 for the period from 1 October (3) 1978, thru 31 March 1979 will be forwarded to you, per our a6reement with Mr. Todd, within the next few days.
