This resoonds to your Safeguards Contingency Plan - Morris Operation -
Appendix A, submitted pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 73.40(b),
by your letter of September 18, 1978.
In order for your plan to be acceptable, the format should be revised to reflect changes as indicated in the enclosure to this letter, as agreed upon during the visit of Messrs. C. C. Herrington and H. A.
Rogers of your office at our Silver Spring, Maryland office on April 25, 1979.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of September 18, 1978 and the enclosure to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are deemed to be com-mercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
