This modification is issued to include transportation charges for the items to be
. deliver'ed under the contract.
1.
Under ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION, the second sentence is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"NRC will also reimburse the Contractor for all transportation j
charges.
It is estimated that the total amount due the Contractor, including all' transportation costs, will not exceed $33,000.00.
2.
Under ARTICLE IV - PLACE OF DELIVERY AND METHOD OF SHIPMENT, the first sentence in Paragraph B is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"B. Method of Shipment - All shipments shall be via air freight."
3.
This modification does not change the total amount of this contract.
