In accordance with your application dated February 3,1978, as supplemer.ted December 15, 1978, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-368 is hereby amended to incorporate authorization for use of the poisoned horizontal storage rack as revised. Pages 8.2-3, 8.2-4 and 8.2-4A all dated February 3, 1978, and page 8.2-3A dated December 15, 1978, shall be added to the existing license and superseded pages deleted.
Furthermore,page 10.0-78 dated March 20, 1978, that was transmitted by the December 15, 1978 letter and incorporates the requirements of Amendment No. 7 shall replace that page in the existing license transmitted i
March 22,1978. Accordingly, Annex D of your license is hereby
-amended to add these pages; an amended page for Annex D is enclosed.
The pages dated February 3,1978 and the page dated March 20, 1978, added by this amendment are those transmitted by the letter of December 15, 1978, and should be so marked. This marking is necessary to distinguish these pages from corresponding pages of the same dates and revision numbers sent with the applications of February 3,1978 and March 22, 1978, and hereby deleted.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.

. To avoid possible confusion in future applications,.you are requested to date revised pages with the same date of your transmittal letter.
The concern with page dates in this specific case, results mainly from our acceptance of the revised poison rack and the need to distinguish the revised rack design from that rejected in Amendment No. 6.
It is of course also important that revised page 10.0-7B be distinguished from the original version so that the requirements of Amendment No. 7 are incorporated.
