Dear Mrs. Lemanowicz:
This is in response to your letter dated December 4,1978 in > hich you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the complete NRC file on Permit Nos. CPPR-101 and CPPR-102, and Cocket Nos.
50-387 and 50-388.
Your letter was received by the Office of Adminis-tration on January 22, 1979.
In a telephone conversation with Ms. Ellen Whitlow of my staff, you were informed that the NRC makes available records subject to your request wnich have been disclosed publicly at the Local Public Document Room (LPDR), Osterhout Free Library, Reference Dept., 71 South Franklin St.,
Wilkes-Br.rre, PA 18701.
In a telephone conversation on February 7 with Mr. Don Grimsley of my staff, you were informed that not all the documents identified on the Accession List, which is available in the LPDR, have been placed in the LPDR. Only those documents stamped with the file location are in the LPDR.
The documents not in the LPDR are primarily company proprietary documents and predecisional internal memoranda. An updated Accession List for Docket Nos. 50-387 and 50-388 is enclosed.
Please review the list and circle the documents you desire which are not in the LPDR. We will be pleased to locate those records and make those which can be released to the public available to you at the LPDR.
Mr. Grimsley also informed you that providing certified copies of the requested records would require a payment of $0.10 per page for repro-duction as provided in 10 CFR 9.14(b) of the Commission's regulations (copy enclosed).
